Pilates

a low impact class of deep muscle toning and stretching, very popular with ladies who want a firmer figure.

Cycle Reebok

a good aerobic cycling class performed on a stationary bike with detail to tone the upper as well as lower body. You can work at your own level but you will definitely know you've had a workout after this lively class!

Yoga

a unique, deep but relaxing workout. This class works on both mind and body. A nice stress reliever.

Aquafit

a water based aerobic class. Perfect for the beginner, those carrying injuries or joint problems, pregnant or mature clients. Also suitable for regular exercisers who want to enjoy the benefits of a water resistance workout.

Triple Treat

a lower body conditioning class with aerobic work thrown in.

Step & Tone

a new class for total beginners! You’ll be patiently taught the moves of step aerobics with some body toning exercises as well. A lively, fun class for “newbies”.

Zumba

fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow moves to create a one-of-a-kind fitness class that will blow you away.
